Negative: Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht nachvollziehbar. Überteuert. Souterrainwohnung unter Strassenniveau, nachts Verkehrslärm direkt vor Fenster. Bett quitscht. Rechnung nur nach mehrfacher Nachfrage erhalten. Kommunikation schwierig.
